It’s more important now than ever that, families have access to Super Shot Clinics so that children can receive the vaccines they need. Immunization is one of the most successful public health achievements of the 20th century. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimate that, among children born between 19994 and 2013, vaccination will prevent about 322 million illnesses, 21 million hospitalizations and 732,000 deaths over the course of their lifetime.
There are eight different Super Shot Clinics available.

Shot record, Walk in Clinic, Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Important information:
Medicaid is accepted, uninsured and under- insured children from birth through 18 years of age are accepted. Super Shot charges an affordable $8 administration fee per shot, but no family is turned away for inability to pay.
