The City anticipates receiving entitlement allocations from HUD, including the HOME Investment Partnership Act funds, the Community Development Block Grant, and the Emergency Solutions Grant. The Annual Action Plan document is the application to HUD for approximately $2.8 million the City anticipates receiving in 2015 and how it will allocate those funds. HUD requires the City to allocate resources in accordance with community priorities, identified through citizen participation opportunities throughout the year. The Annual Action Plan identifies goals set by HUD and the community, based on citizen input, about which populations will be served, what geography will be the focus and which needs have risen to the priority level in this community.
A draft copy of the document will be made available at the front desk of Community Development Division of the City at the above referenced address during business hours until 5:00 on April 10, 2015.
